Keswick Bridge 8 Berth Lodge

The largest of our lodges have three bedrooms and sleep up to 8 guests.

All lodges are all upside down houses which gives all guests the best possible views from the balcony and lounge.

The Facilities and layout are as follows:

Downstairs:

• Master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room
• Twin bedroom
• Bunk bedroom (the bunks are very spacious and fit children and adults alike)
• House bathroom

Upstairs:

• Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with private balcony
• Double sofa bed in the lounge area, along with personal storage space and all linen

Lodge facilities include:

• Lounge area: Smart TV, DVD player, music system, direct dial telephone and Wi-Fi
• Kitchen: fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.  The cupboards are fully stocked with cookware, crockery and glassware.  
• All bedrooms are fully supplied with linen and towels. If you require additional sets, these can be requested for a small additional charge. 
• Each lodge is equipped with a drying closet for coats and outerwear after a rainy day

On-site facilities: 

There is cash-operated laundry room available on site

Each lodge has its own parking space and additional parking is available. Please enquire when booking if you have specific parking needs

Well-maintained grounds for your enjoyment and picnics 

Staff are available during office hours Monday – Saturday and on Sunday mornings to help you with any enquiries or advice 

Board games boxes including Backgammon, chess and cards are available on request

PLEASE NOTE:

Electricity is charged as an extra cost from a meter reading and is payable upon departure.

Each lodge has its own first floor balcony and there is a river (fenced off) in the grounds so all children must be supervised at all times.
