Quiet private location. Grounds kept really well. Lodges very comfy & relaxing – plenty of parking. Staff are very welcoming, helpful & extremely pleasant. Quick access to A66. Easy access to many walking routes without taking the car and approx 10 min walk to centre of Keswick. Theatre by the lake was superb as was the Hauntings walk – great fun! Good choice of pubs and restaurants. Back in November for the waterfalls and autumn colours.

Beautiful lodges, idyllic setting. Have loved visiting at least once a year since I was born and I’m now 30!! Definitely a home from home. Well-kitted out, very friendly staff. The field is great for playing on. 10/15 min walk to town, 5 mins to the park.

Been coming here for years! Wonderful place. Not much in way of onsite facilities, but do you really need them in this beautiful location? Very comfortable lodges and excellent access even if your knees are a bit dodgy like mine. Lodges at top end of site do have a few steps to climb but there is an alternative route to avoid these albeit slightly longer.

A cosy set of Alpine style bungalows on the side of a river, just across the bridge from downtown Keswick. Very nicely appointed, with a spacious living area on the second floor. Minutes walk from stores and pubs in the centre of Keswick, and centrally situated in the Lakes District itself; an easy drive to historical sites, such as Roman forts, Hadrian’s wall, Carlisle and Brougham castles. Great activities in Keswick, such as the Theatre on the Lake, Fitz and Hope Parks.

I have been coming to a one bed lodge overlooking the river at Keswick Bridge for a week in February every year since 2012. The facilities have always been updated every time I stay, the lodge is always absolutely spotless, the kitchen fully equipped and the staff evermore friendly and helpful. Despite the pandemic restrictions If you love the great outdoors and cosy self catered meals this is just the place for you – from gentle lakeside strolls to full-on winter ascents of Skiddaw and Blencathra, Keswick has it all.

Excellent place, perfect for relaxation, walking and letting go. Very comfortable, close to the centre of the town and the leisure facilities.
