Picpoul de Pinet Les Mouettes

Crystal clear with some green highlights, it is dry, soft and delicate with a good balance of flavour and acidity. Fresh and crisp to the taste, excellent when properly cold and is notable for neutralising the salt and iodine found in shellfish. Surprisingly nice with rich cheese and charcuterie.
