Minervois La Combe des Bories

This is a rich red, made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Powerful nose with dark red fruits and ground black pepper. Ripe full tannins are balanced by a lovely fresh acidity, so the feel in the mouth is rich and smooth with a spicy finish. Match this to a roast leg of lamb, sirloin of beef, venison or long slow cooked pork joint.
